iAmGroup is your mega-vendor or service provider.  While operating your properties daily services, supervising on site, and analysts in the office watching for, catching, and communicating costs, loses, and unnecessary expenditures that need to be removed, we work for Property Managers so they can manage their tenants, leasing, and rest assured that what runs their properties daily is watching the bottom dollar.

No, if iAmGroup is partnering with you in one or more traditional vendor or department services, capital use, cost cutting, and discovered loses that are recovered by iAmGroup or in participation with the client is not compensated to iAmGroup.  This service carries with the purpose of the firm, while daily operational services are what realize service fees or revenue share for iAmGroup.


Preventative cost protection services can be contracted as consulting, if facility department services are not required of iAmGroup.  If this is the case, a service fee or recover % is arrange for the analysis and recover services.

The majority of services are billed monthly.  iAmGroup carries monthly operational costs, and bills the client at month end illustrating what are operational costs and what the resulting service fee (company gain) would be.  Properties that produce income (often parking facilities) have the option to elect a profit share platform.  This allows the client to pull for NET profits rather than a moving operational costs fee.  


No.  iAmGroup requires only a month-to-month contract, while the if needed the client remains in control through a 1-5 year contract clause that safeguards the client that the performance, rates, and services from iAmGroup will not be lost, terminated, or changed unless otherwise agreed upon.  The confidence of iAmGroup lies in our daily performance for the client, and we choose the client based on history, client industry reputation, referral, and aligned business values.


iAmGroup would never be replaced based upon poor performance.  Our month-to-month contracts are what instill daily excellence and the need to prove performance to the client in order to remain in partnership.  Legally speaking, contracts are drawn up identifying each service area (most call vendor services) as a separate SOW and responsibility, that of which allows the client to cancel or remove any service without cause.  Service fees are outlined for each service in order to set a budget that iAmgroup uses for cost cutting and refinement.  Furthermore this enables the client to easily exit a service previously contract along with the service fee associated in the contract.


iAmGroup is not interested in replacing perfectly good and performing vendors.  We are competitive, and are structured as so specifically to help organizations since the economic fall in 2020 to succeed past the current day increase in costs, goods, services, vendor material and labor padding, unfavorable Workers Comps costs, etc.  In our purpose we may offer to asses a property or portfolio to recommend changes, and help identify costs, bleeding, and areas that executive leadership are not able to realize "on paper".  This can be a fee based consulting service, or opportunity for iAmGroup to identify where the client  is wise to contract us into a service(s).

No.  We build relationships with those we feel are not only in need of our expertise and company mission, but we choose clients that are aligned with out standards.  We do understand that large organizations must focus on profitability and capitalization; granted this is not at the expense of someone else losing or being left behind.  Clients that  iAmGroup partners with must value their people and their mission to be an impact as much as the importance of financially succeeding.


Put us to the test for free.  That's correct, if iAmGroup chooses you and feels your organization is worth the investment of 1-2 months of no cost services, they will agree to do so with the acceptance that the long term partnership and opportunity to support your operational services is more important.  DISCLOSURE - iAmGroup reserves the right to select or not select any organization based on parameters that the company deems pertinent to identify opportunity.


This is no difference than a standard vendor or service contractor agreement, other than our SOW for each service area is outlined in the proposal and agreement, and iAmGroup works alongside all other department/vendors through daily operations.  Your property manager will always oversee our services along with your individual vendors or departments.  What will be different is how our services not only perform and support each other, but also the daily reports turned into our leadership to asses weekly and monthly costs and daily service operational efficiency (this is your value - the cost cutting and recognized savings).
